The Adirondacks are truly beautiful any time of year but for Wendy and Jim’s wedding at the Whiteface Lodge this spring, it was gorgeous. With vibrant blue skies and a sweet breeze, it was the perfect day for a wedding on the shores of Lake Placid at the Canoe Club.

When I asked Wendy and Jim what they envisioned for their wedding day “Casual, intimate, romantic and rustic” were the words they used to describe what they dreamed of their wedding. I hope it was everything that they hoped for and so much more.
I loved that Wendy had her two sisters as her bridesmaids and Jim had his two best friends. Their wedding was intimate with just their closest family and friends. But every detail was thought about from the flowers to cocktails, to their sweet first dance. Thank you, Wendy and Jim, for allowing me to be the one to photograph it for you!
