As busy creatives the winter mountains was the perfect escape for spending time together with all the distractions. The Mirror Lake Inn sits right on the shores of Mirror Lake in Lake Placid. The Inn is one of the most romantic getaway venues. With a suite right on the shores of the frozen lake, and understand Adirondack elegance I could not think of a better Valentines day getaway. It also matched perfectly with Kyle and Nigel’s impeccable style.

Cozy Winter Maternity Photos At the Lake Placid Lodge
The Lake Placid Lodge is one of the most serene places to get away to when you need to escape to the mountains. So many of my couples reach out to me for photographs while they are staying at the Lodge. It is always one of my favorite venues in the area. The Lake Placid Lodge sits on the Lake Placid’s shores with views of Whiteface Mountain from almost every room. There are no TV’s, which is fantastic because you find time to reconnect while sitting by the fire, enjoying the view from an Adirondack chair, cross-country skiing on the bounty of trails, or just enjoying a specialty cocktail at Maggie’s.
