We drew our inspiration for the elopement from the mountains’ wonder and magic in the depths of autumn. The grasses in the valley fields turned copper, and the moss on the forest floor a deep velvet green that is the perfect complement to the yellow and orange leaves softly falling. The night skies are the deepest navy with stars like you have never seen before glowing like distance candles in the night.

There are two things that never cease to amaze me; the stunning Adirondack mountains and how amazing and sweet my couples are. Cassandra reached out to me about photographing her wedding in the Hudson Valley this summer and I could not be more excited to be working with them. Christina was a beautiful glowing mountain momma who was just all smiles standing next her love, with the mountains reaching up to the heavens behind them. We planned their session at the last minute while they were up for a vacation to the Adirondacks and Lake Placid to enjoy a little time away before the arrival of their baby girl. They were a joy to photograph, and as you can probably tell from their smiles and big laughs just a fun couple to spend an evening with! 



Those were the words used when Lindsay told me what she wanted the feel of her wedding day to be. If I could wish one thing for my brides it would be for their day to be filled to the brim with those feelings!
