Charlotte and Jack’s wedding was much more about their support and love for one another than anything else. Their early summer wedding at the Ausable Club was beautiful. A warm early summer breeze was blowing in the mountains and there were blue skies and puffy clouds above. There was also a sadness in the air because of circumstances out of any one’s control that day though.
The strength, grace, and courage that they showed that day is inspiring. Charlotte and Jack were each other’s shoulder to lean on their wedding day. I know that they will be there for each and every day in their life going forward. I was so glad that they did not worry about what was “supposed” to be or what is “proper” for a wedding day. They did what felt right for them. Her mom and dad had put so much into creating the perfect day and they could be felt in each moment.
On their wedding day, I always want my couples to have the best possible experience. I will do everything in my power to make sure that they do. I was so glad that every person that was a part of their wedding day went above and beyond for them. Everyone from their planner to the staff at the Ausable Club, to the florist and makeup artist, went above and beyond to make their wedding day the best they possibly could. I could not imagine a better group of friends and family to surround and support them either. Her brothers, sister, aunts, and uncles did their best to fill the gap. We can only ever hope for such an outpouring of love, and Charlotte and Jack were enveloped in love on their wedding day in the Adirondacks.
