I am lucky to call the Dillon, Taylor, and Kirsten friends and neighbors. Nestled between the hills, just down the road, Echo Farm, it one of my favorite places to drive by…if only so I can see the baby goats ; )
Dillon reached out to me last year to photograph the farm for an article that 7 Days in Burlington was writing about their approach to wedding and event catering. I was happy to spend the morning with Dillon and Taylor, capturing part of their daily summer routine at Echo. Feeding the baby cow from a bottle was just one of the perks that morning!
