There is something magical about having your wedding at a summer camp. I think it puts everyone at ease, bringing them back to summer nights by the lake roasting marshmallows with your best friends. I loved that Christian and Lauren had their wedding day at Camp Chingachgook on the shores of Lake George.
With her grandfather’s sailboat in the Lake behind them during their camp Chingachgook wedding ceremony, they said their vows to one another. I loved the touch of the flower circle, I think it was the perfect complement to the blue waters and mountains in the distance. The light was so beautiful, dancing off the water and her friends and families smile’s matched the light in their brightness.
The tent for their reception by Rain or Shine Tent Company was perfect for dinner and saved room for plenty of dancing in the open gazebo. Live bands always add so much to the reception and Aaron Audet band was amazing. This whole post could have just been dancing photos from their reception : )
Shannon from Wedding Planning Plus did a beautiful job of pulling the day together and making sure the timeline stayed on track. Dessert was served just in time to soak in the gorgeous Adirondack sunset that lite the sky on fire and made for beautiful sunset photographs out on the docks.
