As many of you know Cole and I took a leap of faith moving back to the north country after spending 5 years in OK. We moved back here knowing a handful of people, but little did we know the full extent of the community we would be welcomed into with open arms and hearts.
I am having a hard time writing this because just thinking about it makes me tear up a bit… Two of those amazing people were Chad and Gwen of Reber Rock Farm in upstate NY. This community has strong ties and strong people who work incredibly hard to bring their dreams into a reality and these two done so much to build theirs here.
Let’s be honest, Cole and I are by no means green thumbs and definitely not farmers, yet this wonderful community of amazing people have become true friends over the past few years. When Chad and Gwen reached out about photographing their summer wedding this year at their new home overlooking the fields of Reber Rock, I was beyond thrilled.
These two constantly amaze me with their spirits, generosity and love for one another. I think their photographs speak for themselves and I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. Thank you Chad and Gwen for braving the weirdly cold fall day we had and trusting me with your photographs. I can’t wait for your wedding day this August! I am going to be a mess when you say your vows because I can’t even get through a blog post without tearing up!
