Lauren and Joe’s fall wedding in Upstate NY was one I had been looking forward to all year. Whenever I spoke with Lauren about her wedding day, she was always excited about how the planning was going, or talking about the details of their day.
When I met Lauren in her hotel room on the morning of her wedding, she seemed to have tucked away any stress and nerves she may have had into a little box and put it away for the day. Lauren was all smiles as the back of her sweet dress was laced and her white veil put in place. To say she looked angelic is an understatement : )
I was so glad that we had warm fall day so that Lauren and Joe were able to say their vows to once another under the open sky of the courtyard as friends and family looked on.
We had beautiful dreamy light for their portraits and I just love the ones we captures outside of the Lodge. And of course I couldn’t resist taking a few pictures by the trees with the heart-shaped leaves ; )
