Green & Burgundy Lake Placid Wedding

The golden light slowly spread over the valley floor up onto the Adirondack Mountains changing from purple to blue, as Chelsea, dressed in white, carefully made her way down the path to Brian. Her mother and brother behind me, as we all held our breath as her groom turned to see his bride on their wedding.
The day was usually warm for a fall wedding, but fit the warmth and love that radiated from family and friends, some traveling from as far away as Tennessee. Chelsea looked absolutely stunning in her romantic lace wedding gown and sweet up-do by the talented stylists at Mirror Lake Inn and Spa as she walked down the aisle.
One of my favorite moments of the day was when Chelsea was walked down the aisle and given away by her grandfather Robert. Those are the moments that stay with me long after the last picture is edited and the flash drive is put in the mail for my couples.
After the wedding ceremony we captured some beautiful portraits during cocktail hour, while guests enjoyed the stunning view of the mountains and Olympic Ski Jumps in the distance. I love the sweet pictures of Brian and Chelsea with their daughter Ivy  : )  Thank you Chelsea and Brian for allowing me to capture your wedding day! I had so many favorites it was a challenge to select my favorites : )
